About the Company:

LHH is partnering with a well-known organization in the McLean, VA area looking to bring on a contract Recruiter. This is a long-term temporary opportunity and the pay will range between $27-$33 per hour. The Recruiter will be a key player in their Talent Acquisition team, responsible for managing the recruitment process for a high volume of positions across various departments. This role requires experience in a fast-paced environment and a proven track record of supporting large organizations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our staffing goals.

About the Role:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for high-volume positions across various departments. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and organizational policies and regulations.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent and enhance our company’s reputation in the job market.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting for organizations with over 1,000 employees.
• Skills:
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of recruiting best practices and current trends.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay range and compensation package:

Pay range between $27-$33 per hour.
