salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment within the facility, adhering to company safety policies and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets, including daily productivity analysis.
• Manage the complete profit and loss (P&L) of the service center or assigned distribution center, regularly analyzing cost performance against budget, and spearheading improvement projects.
• Support the Director of Operations in developing budgets and forecasts as needed.
• Develop and execute capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects within approved budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external safety regulations, employee engagement initiatives, food safety standards, local and federal HR policies, and company policies.
• Oversee all functions within the facility, including Safety, HR/Payroll, Quality, Production, Financials, and other necessary operations.
• Manage daily shipping, receiving, and associated data entry tasks.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to food safety policies established by the organization.
