Banquet Captain

The Lambs Club, relaunching under new partners Chef Jack Logue, (Zagat 30 Under 30, Michelin stars at Betony and Clocktower), and Chris Miller (Café Boulud, Atera), are in search of a professional and dedicated part-time seasonal banquet captains.

Bartending experience a plus, but not in need of a dedicated bartender.

We are looking for an experienced, skilled, motivated and engaging creative presence in our Restaurant.

Please respond to this ad if you:

  • Have 3 or more years of experience in New York City in the required field.
  • Can articulate food and/or beverage information that is clear, accurate and consistent.
  • Have sound working knowledge of computer systems such as Salido.
  • Are comfortable motivating large groups of people.
  • Have a passion for hospitality, good food, fine wine, custom drinks, excellent service and hard work.

Requirements.

  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent English knowledge; second language will be considered a plus.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant training certificate.
