Position Info
- Title: Administrative Assistant - Customer Outreach
- Duration: 7 Months
- Location: 7500 N. Harker Drive, Peoria, IL 61615
- Client: American Water
- Schedule meter changes.
- Make phone calls to customers.
- Generate and send letters.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High School Degree or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- General knowledge of office equipment (scanner, copier).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn on the fly.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
