Accounting Manager

RideNow Powersports-Hurst, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and dependable individual with strong communication skills and a keen attention-to-detail to join our team as an Accounting Manager! Responsibilities

• Data Entry involving a high volume of transactions
• Process weekly credit card payments
• Reviewing and inputting payments into our software system
• Download credit card activity on a Macro spreadsheet for individual store charges
• Perform individual credit card reconciliation in QuickBooks for Marketing personnel
• Coding for credit cards for Marketing personnel
• Bank reconciliation for multiple store locations
• Facilitate billing for Parts Unlimited
• Review and verify all invoices for accuracy
• Providing Additional Administrative support as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with Accounting Systems
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under limited supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
• EVO experience preferred
• Bank reconciliations experience preferred
• Quick Books experience preferred
• Must submit to a background check and drug screening
• 10 key operations or equivalent

• Pay: $20-$22hr depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)
