The Cross Border Exports team seeks a qualified candidate for the Supply Chain Manager-Global Export Logistics role. They will optimize the Cross-Border exports network to improve delivery speed globally. This position will serve as a logistics partner to the Amazon Exports business team, focusing on prioritizing transportation and logistics requirements to support growth goals. The Supply Chain Manager will gather input from various business partners and develop requirement documents for cross-functional teams. They will also acquire knowledge of Amazon fulfillment and transportation systems, international transportation, and logistics, to identify and develop products for the growing cross-border network. Attention to detail is crucial to providing faster and more cost-effective delivery options for customers. The ideal candidate should efficiently manage multiple projects, communicate updates regularly, and demonstrate a track record of project delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal client groups, third-party partners, and technology partners to enhance Amazon's freight transportation management capabilities for customers and key partners in the supply chain. They will define solutions and services that meet the needs of various segments within our supply base (geographical, size-related, sophistication, etc.). As a data-driven company, Amazon values candidates who can adeptly handle and analyze large amounts of data to assess the current state and determine the business impact of technological changes.
A day in the life
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with diverse requirements to develop compelling products and services.
- Clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and product development progress to cross-functional teams.
- Leveraging internal and external best practices to expedite product development objectives.
- Working with various internal stakeholders to document their requirements and liaising with the technology organization for implementation, including Sourcing, Customer Service, Transportation Operations, Finance, Accounting, and others.
- Providing feedback on carrier performance to procurement and carrier management teams.
- Collaborating with other product managers to minimize overlap and ensure seamless integration of aligned solutions.
- Collecting and managing key data to demonstrate the business value and return on investment (ROI) of proposed technology improvements.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
