Insight Global is looking for Remote Student Financial Advisors to help college students who have just gone through the admissions process through the FAFSA (Federal Student Aid) process and advisor on student loans. There will be a 30-day training process. Inbound and Outbound calls. This is a role where you are very much tied to your computer/phone it is not a remote job that offers a lot of flexibility to manage children or leave during the day. You will be making outbound calls to your assigned book of students after reviewing the status of their FAFSA application and reaching out to them to have them collect and complete the necessary documents. You are also in the que for students who have just completed enrollment and now need to begin the FAFSA process. You will be providing detailed instructions over the phone and will need to help make students feel comfortable and remain patient. The metrics you will be measured against are inbound/outbound calls, file quality, completion percentage, and time "unavailable" in the inbound que.


Musts:

  • Live in Florida, Ohio, Indiana, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, or Georgia full time.
  • HS diploma
  • Ability to work weekends every 4 weeks.
  • Must be able to pass financial background check (have clean financial history/have not defaulted on any student loans)
  • Ability to begin work on 10/28/2024
  • Have Wi-fi and ethernet capabilities in home/daily work environment.
