Job Summary:

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and Wyoming. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, establish robust sales processes, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners. This role is crucial to the expansion of our market presence and achieving our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on market penetration, market expansion and revenue growth.

- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure team success.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and drive sales initiatives to generate new revenue streams.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.

- Sales Operations: Establish and refine sales processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Operations and Finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and our high ethical standards.


Qualifications:


- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the security services industry or a related field.

- Track Record: Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the security services market in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and Wyoming. Familiarity with regional business dynamics and key players.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
