Description

A company in Miramar, California within the Healthcare Industry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join their organization. The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Supervise the recruitment process to ensure that the best people are selected for the right roles. Launch employee onboarding programs and ensure a smooth transition into the company culture and work processes. Provide guidance and support to employee development, grievance management and other HR-related topics. Ensure timely processing of employee promotions, benefits, compensations, and other HR programs. Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Establish performance review and HR policies and educate employees about these.

Requirements

Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Degree in Human Resources or related field. detail oriented degree in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
