Job Summary: Two's Company is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our

team as an Art Director. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, trendsetting,

and creative processes. This role involves managing catalog process, product

organization for shoots, ordering studio supplies, coordinating freelancers, planning and

concepting photoshoots, sourcing various props, and managing our image database.

• Concept Development:
• Develop and pitch creative concepts for photoshoots based on current trends and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine and execute these concepts.
• Organize and manage the image database to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Oversee the cataloging process, ensuring all images are correctly labeled and categorized.
• Plan and organize photoshoots, ensuring all elements are prepared and aligned with the creative vision.
• Coordinate with photographers, models, and other team members to execute successful shoots.
• Oversee the lifecycle of products from handoff to launch.
• Source and procure a variety of props including food, flowers, furniture, and wallpaper to enhance photoshoots.
• Maintain a database of reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Order and maintain inventory of all necessary studio supplies.
• Ensure all materials are available and in good condition for photoshoots and other creative projects.
• Help with marketing efforts during downtime between product launches. Work directly with the Creative Director on these elements.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within the home decor and giftware industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest design and market trends.
