As the Hotel Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth. Your entrepreneurial mentality will be essential in developing innovative strategies to elevate our restaurant's success.

Salary $70K - $80K plus benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of talented professionals, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the restaurant's reputation within the industry.
• Maintain high standards of service excellence, ensuring that guests receive impeccable service throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract new customers.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing cost control measures while maximizing profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager in an upscale/casual hotel restaurant or similar establishment.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving business growth and success.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
