We are looking for a skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by answering questions, resolving issues, and processing inquiries. You must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Answer questions about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a calm and empathetic manner.
Process orders, returns, and payments as required.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening skills and a compassionate attitude toward customer concerns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Salary: $17.8 - $26 per hour
