Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
General Summary: This position is responsible for achieving sales and profitability, objectives, budgets, and strategic planning.

Major Responsibilities: include the following.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners.
  • Analyze competitive vendors and implement recommendations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and direct divisions in terms of merchandise, assortments, inventory control, contract negotiations, advertising, personnel, etc.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and goals.
  • Special projects as required.
  • Other duties as needed.

  • Duties are widely varied, and frequently require attention to and/or coordination of concurrent job duties as well as conceptualizing, planning, implementing.
  • Has full supervisory responsibility for medium to large groups of highly skilled employees.
  • Ability to conduct interpersonal interactions including coaching, negotiating, selling, group presentations, etc.
  • Ability to perform complex verbal and written communications face-to-face and in- group settings.
  • Ability to perform extrapolation and analysis.
  • Ability to examine complex information and/or situations evaluates potential impact, options, and gives directions.
  • Anticipate and solves problems for self and others at all levels of the organization.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations And/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years experience required in retail, wholesale, or related field.

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $140,000 - $150,000. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
