Compensation: $115,000-$150,000, plus bonuses

Job Overview

Our client, an established and growing renewable energy provider, is looking to hire an exceptional Director of Operations for their residential solar division. This Director of Operations will be a key member in ensuring the growth and operational excellence of the division. This role is a full-time, permanent position with our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the growth and performance of internal teams including (but not limited to): solar design, compliance, construction, project management, and sales support
• Leading and developing operational team leaders
• Supporting the sales function to ensure timely and efficient completion of residential solar installations
• Creating new and elevating existing standard operating procedures

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience within the solar industry
• At least 2 years in an operations leadership role
• Experience managing and developing other managers

Compensation & Benefits

• An annual base salary ranging between $115,000 to $130,000, plus bonuses
