Salary: $135,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Enablement & Projects to join our team. The Director will lead our strategic enablement and project management teams, working closely with the SVP of Global Strategy Operations on various strategic, operational, and organizational matters. This role is crucial in shaping the business through process improvement, building out the accounts enablement function, and driving long-term strategy. The ideal candidate has a strategic, business, and operational mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and successfully partners with a wide range of stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Lead a strategic project management and enablement team through project deployment, strategic initiatives, workflow management, cross-department deployments, and career development.

Oversee multiple projects across food and support services, enterprise-wide process change, and large-scale solution delivery for over 200 sites in North America.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, including senior executives, sponsors, business owners, and field operations.

Drive measurement of key priorities, goals, and QBRs in coordination with the Strategic Program Management Team. Lead and orchestrate planning and fiscal year priorities process with the leadership team.

Partner across people strategy, operations, finance, business strategy, DEI, and other global teams to effectively and efficiently operate a complex and diverse organization.

Drive the development and execution of the rhythm of business, including business reviews, planning processes, resource management, leadership meetings, and cross-organizational business reporting. Develop agendas and manage key leadership meetings to ensure important decisions and action items are addressed.

Skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working with innovative consumer brands with a strong digital presence.

Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency to support clients, colleagues, or stakeholders.

Proactive business mindset that can adjust to ever-changing sales cycles.

Experience with the Community of Practice (CoP) framework and approach.

Ability to develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and influence through others.

Strong organizational, communication, written, and presentation skills. Comfortable presenting in front of clients, executives, and on virtual platforms.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience, or 5+ years post-MBA in strategy, project management, operations, business management, or related roles.

Track record of building successful enablement programs and managing projects in a matrixed organization.

Experience leading high-performing, fast-paced virtual teams and developing people.

Ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs of a high-growth team and work with global teams.

High emotional intelligence and a deep commitment to progressive diversity and inclusion practices.

Excellent writing skills. Previous experience crafting C-suite level communications, white papers, and client-facing narratives is highly preferred.

Collaborative mindset with senior leadership, operating partners, and sector leadership.
