Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Salary: $140k -$160k + Great Benefits

Location: In Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategic plans and initiatives across multiple locations
  • Manage employee relations issues and guide leaders through performance improvement processes
  • Oversee group benefits management, including annual audits and renewal negotiations
  • Supervise payroll/benefits administrator and onsite office managers
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Manage onboarding processes and implement new HR initiatives
  • Handle complex payroll issues and partner with finance leaders on tax compliance
  • Oversee employee leaves and address sensitive personnel matters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years in HR management, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, payroll, and benefits
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
