Base pay range

$108,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the agency's mission and goals, fostering growth, and maintaining a strong competitive position in the in-home personal care and assistance market.

Operational Excellence: Streamline and enhance operational processes to maximize efficiency and quality of service delivery.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure that the agency adheres to all local, state, and federal guidelines. Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

Business Development and Brand / Marketing Management: Assists in developing business development and brand / marketing strategy and plans. Responsible for implementing strategies and plans ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging across all channels.

Competitive Landscape: Stays abreast of Menders by Lenbrook’s positioning in the marketplace to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the in-home personal care industry, informing strategic decisions and initiatives.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement. Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and enhance the quality of care provided by the agency, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, administrative staff, and support personnel. Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, professional development, and employee satisfaction.

Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising patient care.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders. Act as a representative of the agency in the community and cultivate partnerships to enhance the agency's reputation.

Technology Integration: Explore and implement innovative technologies to improve operational efficiency, data management, and communication within the organization.

Education And Experience Required

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in home healthcare management or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in health, business, and three years of management experience in home care or other licensed health care program

Salary: $108,000-$120,000

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9a-5pm
