Receptionist

Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Receptionist to help manage the front office in Dallas, Texas.

• Professionally answers phones and directs calls to appropriate person
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
• Logs status of employees, i.e. In/Out/PTO
• Coordinates conference room schedules with Office Administrator for setting and preparation
• Keeps conference room calendars
• Orders food for all meetings, seminars and other company events
• Routes all invoices to Office Administrator
• Checks in and out all fast tracks and gas speed passes
• Coordinates with office services for car maintenance
• Opens and closes front office area
• Assists with other related clerical duties

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task
