What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and evaluating ADDF’s research and development portfolio.
• Shaping and executing investment opportunities aligned with ADDF’s strategy.
• Conducting in-depth analyses on therapeutic areas and modalities.
• Leading the diligence process and fostering collaborations.
• Managing a portfolio of funded programs and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Supporting proposal processes and contributing to scientific reports and events.
  
  

About You

• Hold an MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in Life Sciences, with a focus on Neuroscience.
• Have practical experience in Search & Evaluation, Business Development, or venture capital.
• Possess exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and a strong commitment to ADDF’s mission.
