Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
About This Client
- Bermuda-based reinsurer
- Operations in Bermuda, US, Europe/UK, and Australia.
- Focus on managing existing portfolios and pricing new ones.
- Over 50 legal entities across four regions.
- Assist the Regional CIO in optimizing investment portfolios and return streams for M&A pricing.
- Develop and maintain strategic asset allocation for existing portfolios.
- Generate strategic and tactical asset allocation recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external asset managers.
- Present quarterly investment performance to committees and the Board of Directors.
- Ensure portfolio compliance with internal and external constraints.
- Efficiently manage cash balances and funding of dividends.
- Collaborate on NII projections and monitor returns versus budget.
- 6-10 years in insurance company asset management.
- Strong understanding of investment management and capital markets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's preferred).
- Experience with external asset managers is a plus.
- CFA qualification preferred.
- Strong quantitative and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective time management and prioritization.
- Collaborative team player.
