The Director Client Management Services oversees the day-to-day plan administration of OneAmerica Financial retirement plans. This role acts as the primary resource for the daily activities of a retirement services team member managing client/advisor relationships. This leader will look for cost savings and revenue generation opportunities through process improvements.
In This Job, You Will
- Lead staff and assist with needed resources to resolve complex problems.
- Provide performance coaching and develop associates.
- Attract, coach, develop and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
- Respond to complex internal and external questions.
- Manage Plan Manager workloads during periods of peak volume.
- 4-year degree required; recommend Finance, Accounting, Business or Math degree.
- 7+ years of experience working within the retirement services plan administration, TPA or advisor firm.
- QKA, QPA, APA designation preferred.
- Experience with OMNI, Salesforce, RPS preferred.
- Excellent leadership, management, team-building, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive action.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Strong ability to influence and build relationships across multiple business disciplines.
- Ability to communicate and present clearly, concisely, and assertively (written and orally).
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to relate complex information in simple, digestible terms
- Extensive understanding of retirement products
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills
- Leader who cares deeply about team members and lead with them in mind
- Can manage tough conversations professionally
- Invite different perspectives and encourage team members to offer ideas to improve
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team building and collaboration.
