Leuca is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ideal candidates possess:

• Comfort in a fast-paced, downtown environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible availability on nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work breakfast/brunch and dinner.
• Must have knowledge, familiarity and confidence explaining and selling wines and spirits.
• Must have a minimum of 2 yrs experience in a high volume New York City restaurants.
