This Director of Financial Reporting & SOX Compliance role is with a publicly traded, super innovative global industry leader that has been growing like CRAZY!

At just four years old, this company has been building out it's global financial reporting and SOX compliance functions. Reporting directly to the CAO, you are responsible for managing a team with the SOX compliance and SEC reporting process, quarterly financial reporting packages, new accounting standard implementation, and M&A project support.

What makes you a good fit for the Director of Financial Reporting & SOX Compliance role?

• Master's or Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA required
• 15+ years of public accounting and/or combo financial reporting experience in a global, publicly traded environment
• Experience with SEC filings, SOX compliance, ASC 606 revenue recognition, high performing teams, process improvement, and complex technical accounting areas
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Solid communication and presentation skills while working directly with CAO, CFO, VP's
