Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $55.00/hr
  • 3 month initial contract, 20-25 hours/week
  • Pay ~$40-55/hr. depending on experience
  • Location: Los Angeles OR New York, flexible remote - onsite content shooting may be required


Our client is a fitness influencer and entrepreneur with a very successful workout app to help people have fun at home workouts.


The Social Media Strategist will work with the Founders to design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across brand and founder channels with the aims of driving revenue and building and scaling their community.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement overall social media strategy across key platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Oversee the design of platform-specific and platform-optimized social content calendars, briefs, and assets
  • Collaborate with founder and other trainers to produce and repurpose content that is both aesthetic and commercial
  • Actively tell and expand upon the brand story while working with cross-functional teams to create content, build out editorial calendars, and drive customer engagement
  • Create, source, and plan timely content that engages current followers while reaching new target customers, including managing partnerships and giveaways
  • Build out and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with brand voice and company initiatives
  • Implement processes to review social data and analyze performance to measure and optimize content and campaigns
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices
  • Own the strategy of community management across all social channels
