Prospera Executive are currently partnered with a Private Equity Investor on the search for a CFO to join a Technology Services business. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial integrity of the company's accounting, reporting, and forecasting. You will work closely with the CEO as well as other business leaders to provide financial reporting and insights on the performance of the organization. The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage financial related matters of the business lines from pre-contract to execution, forecast activity on a monthly basis, and report actual performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial strategy of the company, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement robust financial systems and controls to support the company's growth and acquisition strategy.
  • Partner with the executive team to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring seamless financial and operational integration.
  • Prepare the business for a successful Private Equity exit, ensuring maximum value creation.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a fast-growing consulting or technology business.
  • Strong track record scaling a company in a Private Equity-backed environment organically and inorganically.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving financial performance and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and control.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at the highest level.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience in managing M&A transactions and integrating acquired businesses.
