One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Project Coordinator will perform activities to ensure accurate and timely data entry of rebate applications and fulfillment activities.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate must have at least 1-3 years of salesforce experience/data entry.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities
Supports the Demand Response and Energy Efficiency teams, focusing on operational tasks related to managing energy use and customer incentives.
Handle diverse programs and initiatives to optimize energy management and provide rebates or credits.
Work on pending work queues, application analysis, validation review, and data entry.
Manage residential and commercial work orders for energy efficiency programs.
Work with a third-party vendor and utilize Salesforce to track and distribute tasks, while collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective completion of work.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Requirements of the Project Coordinator:
1-3 years of salesforce experience/data entry.
Familiar with deadlines and working through shared queues.
Previous experience working within a collaborative/cross functional team within a large corporate/professional environment.
Previous rebate processing experience would be helpful.
Must have strong knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
