Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into actionable requirements.
• Implement Agile methodologies to improve project outcomes and foster continuous improvement.
• Facilitate effective communication between development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify and effectively address business challenges.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with research administration systems.
• Knowledge of technologies including Spring Boot, Angular, Git, Jenkins, Oracle, and Jaspersoft.
• Background in staff augmentation projects.
  
  

Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management expertise.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and tools.
• Capability to gather requirements and produce detailed documentation.
