Senior Communications Consultant

Fully Remote (PST working hours)

6 months contract, potentially long-term

Recent experience in planning and implementing stakeholder engagement plans and internal communications campaigns for a large, complex organization, agency, and healthcare background required, with a track record of increasing responsibility.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.

Experience in change leadership and change communications.

Demonstrated professional-level writing and editing skills for Web and traditional media.

Superior collaboration skills for working in a complex, non-hierarchical organizational structure.

Able to respond to emerging issues and crises.

We’re looking for a resource that can bring both graphic design and instructional designer skills to:

Design document templates (i.e., program dashboards, status reports, program communications, etc.) in PPT, Word, etc.

Experience with e-learning development tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, LMS).

Incorporate multimedia elements (e.g., videos, graphics, animations) into instructional materials to enhance learning and engagement.

Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training manuals, multimedia presentations, and interactive simulations.

Collaborate with SMEs to gather content, ensure accuracy, and align materials with learning objectives.

Develop structured learning modules that include text, images, and interactive elements such as quizzes and exercises.
