We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to join our team in Canada.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Must have experience working on quote to cash domain and Force.com Platform
• Work with business groups to understand demand
• Collaborate with the business to develop detailed requirements
• High-level solution design and architecture
• Lead many of the Agile ceremonies and will ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget
• Managing integration across the platform is also a key role
• Coordinating and participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting
• This role is a strategic, senior-level individual contributor who will own a portfolio of products/initiatives as well
• Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions, and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon
• Requirement gathering, AS-IS, TO-BE flows, PRD/FRD writing
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos
• Experience with delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree preferably in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience as a product owner and leading a technical team
• Must have experience working on quote to cash (Q2C) domain and Force.com platform
• Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the business stakeholders to drive the discussion 
• Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Must have experience working on quote to cash domain and Force.com Platform
• Salesforce development/implementation project experience on Salesforce Sales/ Service/ Experience Cloud (at least one or more) – CPQ
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to ensure a team’s success - Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations
• Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork
• Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog according to business value for the life of the project
• Acting as the key product feature decision-maker, maximizing the value of the product
• Experience with the Agile methodology: owning sprint planning, attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers
• Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, Team Services, Rally
