Base pay range
We are in search of a Part-Time HR Recruiter to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within our industry. As a Part-Time HR Recruiter, your focus will be to streamline the recruiting and onboarding process across various departments, from accounting to administration.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, conducting screening calls, and providing candidate recommendations to line managers
- Develop and post accurate job descriptions, ensuring they align with company standards and needs
- Obtain necessary approvals from managers for candidate recommendations, maintaining consistent communication throughout
- Utilize ADP for ATS sourcing, while also tapping into external job boards for potential candidates
- Comfortably handle recruiting for 1 - 5 reqs at any given time across all levels and departments
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
- Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all candidates and hiring processes
- Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process
- Manage documentation related to hiring processes and benefit functions
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Kronos Timekeeping System for data management and tracking purposes.
- Proven experience in HR recruiting or similar role
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Proficiency with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience working with Careerbuilder
- Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with About Time software
- Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks
- Understanding of Benefit Functions
- Excellent Documentation skills
- Knowledge of various Hiring Processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
