Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Rebecca Minkoff is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and a driven team player.


Rebecca Minkoff is an industry leader in accessible luxury handbags, accessories, and apparel. Rebecca Minkoff’s playful and subtly edgy designs integrate the elements of bohemian femininity with a little bit of rock ‘n’ roll. Job Overview:

The Sales Assistant will support the Sales team, and work with the larger team in managing the day to day to drive sales and achieve business goals.

Reports to: Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

 Showroom support for market appointments and trade shows

 Partner with sales team to assist with market appointments, market prep, market follow up

 Assist sales team in communicating order changes, discrepancies, and updates to buyers and data entry team.

 Create Seasonal on order/ product knowledge books for Major accounts

 Assist in performing Product Knowledge seminars with key doors within our Major Department store matrix.

 Assist in scheduling and setting up the showroom for appointments during market week.

 Sample management including coordinating samples for online, advertising, and internal photo shoots.

 Assisting in provide copy and photography assets to accounts for all on order.

 Specialty store prospecting and acquisition of new accounts


Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

 Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business or Fashion Merchandising)

 Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Power Point Familiar with doing Vlookups and Pivot Tables in Excel.

 Excellent organizational skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Flexible in shifting priorities.

 Impeccable attention to detail

 Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Work Location and Schedule

This job is hybrid, a mixed schedule of work from home and work from our office in New York, NY, weekdays during normal business hours.
