As a Transportation Manager (also known as Logistics Supervisor, Fleet Manager), you'll lead a team focused on safety, service, and cost efficiency. You'll be responsible for managing personnel, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of outbound shipments to customers and other distribution centers. This role involves working an overnight shift and leading a team of CDL licensed drivers.
Benefits
Competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
Strong understanding of DOT requirements and familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office).
