S/VP Medical Strategy

We're partnered with an independent, full-service medical communications agency that is looking for a Senior/Vice President Medical Strategy Director to join their healthcare advertising team following some launches and strong existing accounts they have in the rare diseases and neurology/neuroscience disease state landscapes.

A strong candidate will have:

• 7-10 years of direct healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
• PhD, PharmD
• Comfortability with still creating content (CVAs, emails, banner ads, websites, slide decks, video and podcast scripts, and more for mostly HCPs)
• Management experience a plus (you will have 4-5 DRs)
• Strategic insights to share and implement with internal and external stakeholders
• Background in rare diseases and neurology/neuroscience a plus

This role will be a mix of content creation, strategy, and leadership/management. Only open to candidates in the USA!
