Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
Drive customer acquisition strategies to grow the customer base.
Implement customer retention programs to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
Monitor and improve the customer journey and experience.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align marketing strategies and initiatives.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

About The Role
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer acquisition and retention for our property insurance company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and analytics, who can achieve ambitious marketing goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
