IT Director - Supply Chain Transformation

Are you a creative and strategic tech visionary with business transformation experience and a passion for implementing new technologies? Join the Enterprise Platform Transformation team at Marvin! We're looking for an IT Director of Supply Chain - EPT to implement Microsoft Dynamics D365 as part of our EPT project, making sure everything works seamlessly.

This role requires an expert leader who can use their strong business insight and past transformation and implementation experience to drive the successful launch of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform in support of the future state operating model for Marvin. Promote an energized team culture, create great outcomes for everyone, cultivate collaborative partnerships, and implement innovative strategies, all with a consistent eye towards defining, measuring, and achieving the targeted results.

Highlights of your role

• Direct the planning, implementation, and execution of EPT supply chain technology initiatives, in support of sales and operations planning, capable to promise, manufacturing scheduling, supply chain execution, and distribution, maintaining sound program management processes for successful execution.
• Actively engage with supply chain leadership to proactively partner, influence, and continuously improve how EPT technology enables the achievement of Marvin’s future state operating model and pursuit of our top supply chain aspirations and company priorities.
• Continually research and evaluate best practices and emerging technology, industry, and market trends to drive optimized solution delivery, including AI, GEN AI, ML, and RPA. Participate actively in industry user groups to influence business and technology innovation.

Previous experience participating in and leading a business and technology transformation, including implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred

Also want to make sure you have

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Information Technology, or related
• 10+ years of leading supply chain solutions teams
