Account Manager - Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise. You'll provide leadership and direction to our Billing Team, guiding them to deliver exceptional service and meet the financial goals of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and swiftly resolving any concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the Billing Team, fostering a positive work environment and driving high performance.
  • Resource Management: Plan and allocate workload resources to effectively meet each client’s needs.
  • Policy Implementation: Design, execute, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures within your team.
  • Financial Reporting: Compile and present monthly financial reports for each client.
  • Goal Achievement: Ensure monthly collection goals are met, contributing to the overall success of our clients.
  • Team Support: Provide ongoing support and encouragement to help the Billing Team reach their highest potential.

Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Full Revenue Cycle Management in the health care industry.
  • Billing Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the medical billing process, including CPT and ICD-10 codes.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, with the ability to lead both in-office and virtual teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex issues with multiple variables in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and team members.
