Key Account Manager

Key Account Managers must build and maintain a strong relationship with their customers to achieve sales plans and share best practices. They will be the lead point of contact for all customer matters, anticipate the customers’ needs, work within the company to ensure customer deadlines are met, and help the customer succeed. This position is responsible for developing product distribution, promotions, schematics, and trade relations, and maintaining our position as the leader in frozen food, functional beverage, and specialty juices distribution as well as growing our line of non-frozen foods products.

Our Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams work with suppliers and customers to create individual, optimal marketing plans and our Operations and Merchandising teams ensure that the right inventory is delivered at the right time.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager at Pint Size Hawaii in Aiea, HI. The role involves managing key accounts, fostering relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in key account management or sales
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
