Applicant must be a current Board Member of a Not-for-Profit Hospital System at least $300M in revenue size or larger.

HumanityCorp which is a public benefit entity (PBE) seeking to make investments within the healthcare industry in order to enable better patient outcomes. By definition, as a PBE we provide investment and services for community and social benefit. In essence, we are a combination of a foundation, charity and private equity rolled into one

• Improve healthcare outcomes to reflect our standing amongst developed nations
• Reduce the number of preventable deaths and injuries through medical error
• Reduce financial waste in health systems from the current $1+T annual reporting
• Close the gap in disparities in patient outcomes between the top 10% of health systems and the other 90%
• Improve access, quality of life, and quality of care for all, most notably those who are underinsured and uninsured, especially asset limited income constrained populations and those in low opportunity community areas

• We have created leading back-office healthcare vendors who have generated $50 Billion in aggregate value over the past 15 years for health plans, providers, and large employers
• Our Vice Chairman is the current President of the Rockefeller Foundation and is the former Chief Economist and Chairman of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
• Our portfolio includes Joint Venture holdings with Mayo Clinic and Presbyterian Hospital

We are searching for a Board Member(s) who currently serves on the Board of a not-for-profit hospital system as this experience is key to our success. If this individual is currently within a C-Suite leadership role of the hospital that is a value add, but not necessary.
