Join our client in a remote role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for overseeing the financial and operational strategies to support company growth. The CFO will play a critical role in strategic planning, financial management, and acquisition integration.
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Leadership: Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis.
Compliance: Oversee accounting, reporting, and ensure compliance with regulations and financial standards.
Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and cash flow optimization.
Acquisitions: Play a key role in acquisition planning, due diligence, and integration.
Reporting & Analysis: Present financial reports and insights to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 15+ years of Progressive Finance experience, including 10+ years in Senior Financial Management roles within Consulting services.
Leadership: Proven track record in financial leadership, strategic planning, and managing global entities.
Skills: Strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions, financial regulations, tax compliance, and ERP systems.
Industry Skills: Proven experience with private equity-backed companies and managing global operations, including international tax implications.
