POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Influencer Marketing will be responsible for influencer strategy, including campaigns and activations requiring integrated support. This role involves working closely with the VP of PR and Influencer to develop the strategy and roadmap for campaigns taking the lead on tracking metrics, tracking success, and defining KPIs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in influencer marketing and analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build comprehensive and robust campaign strategies and roadmaps
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Grow the creator community each quarter and share those analytics with the leadership team
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Rare Beauty stays at the forefront of influencer marketing
- Manage the influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement
- Guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
