Position Overview:

We are looking for a Personal Assistant who not only excels in organization and efficiency but also brings a touch of creativity and aesthetic sense to the role. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with the CEO, ensuring that all aspects of their professional and personal life are managed with care and precision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar with an eye for detail and efficiency.
  • Creative Support: Assist in organizing events and ensuring spaces are aesthetically pleasing and well-organized.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Personal Assistance: Handle errands, shopping, and ensure that the CEO’s needs are anticipated and met with care.
  • Communication: Manage correspondence and communications, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Expense Tracking and Budgeting: Monitor and manage expenses related to the CEO’s activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.


Requirements:

  • Residency: Must reside in Philadelphia or within 5 miles of Center City.
  • Transportation: Access to a personal vehicle is required due to the nature of the role. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for maintaining order and confidentiality.
  • Experience with travel logistics and event planning is a plus.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness, especially when handling sensitive and confidential information.
