Responsible and accountable for several E2E program streams, coordinated management of multiple related projects directed towards strategic business and organizational objectives in high quality manner. Responsible for delivery of the project, working with an E2E program manager, and increased customer satisfaction.

What will your job look like?

• You will have overall accountability and responsibility for one or more projects/streams, including: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement and Integration.
• You will manage the overall project/stream scope and maintain its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives. Set the plan and make recommendations to modify the plan when necessary. Set priorities, ensure optimization and resolve conflicts to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
• You will be challenging the various teams – solution, development, others – on their estimates, plans, durations, processes;
• You will ensure alignment of all projects under your supervision with standards and project management methodology, including compliance with relevant regulations
• You will ensure an effective and engaged project team, usually without direct authority, by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship
• You will build credible relationships and maintain communication with stakeholders at various levels, both internal and external.
• You will Lead and facilitate periodic status and risk discussions with program stakeholders.
• You will Oversees the project’s closure, integrating all relevant components.
• You will govern and resolve risks as well as the most complex issues effecting program delivery across the different content disciplines (e.g. , SW development, SW Testing, Infrastructure for SW development programs or real estate or other corporate domains in other cases)

All you need is...

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management domain, with at least 4 years of managing large projects
• Development experience is a must, and good knowledge of SDLF various stages
• Experience and knowledge in Telecommunications industry a must, and preferably experience in Data Management/BI projects
• B.A/B.Sc. degree, global equivalent or higher
