Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet financial and operational goals.
- Lead and mentor property management staff; provide guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and manage property budgets; monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure excellent tenant relations; handle tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee vendor selection and management; ensure services are delivered to high standards and within budget.
- Ensure properties are maintained to high standards; oversee repairs, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
- Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
- Ensure properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations; manage risk and liability issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; 7-10 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI); strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
