Senior Project Manager

iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive Project Management Plan (PMP) tailored to the specific needs of our client. This role requires a proactive approach in consulting with and advising the client to ensure project management artifacts and documents are adequately tailored, visible, accountable, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a Program Management Plan (PMP) with detailed SOPs, milestones, tasks, subtasks, and an overall Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Collaborate with the client to tailor and map project management artifacts and documents
• Prepare and provide an updated PMP template to the client by scheduled deadline
• Update and present the PMP monthly for client approval, ensuring all modifications and progress are documented
• Conduct regular telephonic or virtual status meetings with the client monthly to discuss work product results and other issues
• Provide monthly status reports detailing activities, progress, deconfliction efforts, issues, proposed resolutions, personnel changes, required client actions, schedule updates, change requests, and accumulated invoiced costs
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably within a government or client context
• PMP certification is required
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
