Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Job Brief: We are looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join this team on a part-time basis (5-10 hours per week). This is a growing manufacturer of industrial machinery used in construction and mining. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our client's products to their target audience. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the company's products are well-positioned in the market and meet the needs of their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing plans and campaigns to support product launches and ongoing promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and product data sheets.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including product videos, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to ensure alignment between product features and market demand.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
  • Organize and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners to enhance product visibility.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in the industrial machinery sector or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media platforms).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to commit to 5-10 hours per week.
