$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

- Prepares all monthly financial statements and reports for multiple companies
- Prepares the budget and monitors all aspects of financial operations
- Provides company financials on budgets to the executive team
- Prepares and effects timely filing of federal and state tax payments and reports
- Prepares and submits all annual financial statements to the outside CPA firm for tax returns

- Establishes and reviews financial policies and procedures to assure financial accountability
- Maintain appropriate internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets
- Responsibility over Revenue Cycle, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll,
- General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Account Reconciliations
- Perform financial analysis and ad hoc reports as requested.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting
- Maintain payroll records, timecards, adjustments, deductions, garnishments
- 3-5+ years’ experience as a CFO in a mid-size company
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business, Masters/CPA is a PLUS
- Experience with NetSuite or similar large ERP system
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, great communication skills, loves leading a team, roll-up sleeves personality
- Experience managing a team of 10+ staff
- Start-up company experience or IPO exp is a PLUS
