Vice President of Production

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for a Vice President of Production. This critical leadership role, will be overseeing the extensive production and technical departments. This position requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual with extensive knowledge of the apparel industry. The VP will report directly to the company's senior management, including the Chief Operating Officer and ownership, to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence across all global production operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the production and technical departments, ensuring effective operation and staff productivity.

• Oversee the entire production lifecycle to ensure garments are delivered on time and within budget.

• Negotiate and secure competitive pricing while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with all packaging and labeling requirements across different markets.

• Proactively source and onboard new manufacturing partners worldwide to enhance supply chain resilience.

• Responsible for spearheading efforts to enhance internal systems and processes in order to facilitate high production volumes and the expansion of the business.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the production teams.

• Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
