About The Company

StealthCo is a pioneering startup in the behavioral health sector, dedicated to providing proactive outreach and engagement-driven behavioral health solutions for Medicare Advantage members dealing with polychronic chronic conditions. Our innovative approach addresses the challenges faced by seniors, including a shortage of available primary care physicians and behavioral health providers, resulting in increased costs and difficulty accessing appropriate care. Through our hybrid delivery model and specialized design for seniors, we strive to boost engagement levels, enhance diagnostic precision, and deliver more effective behavioral health services to Medicare beneficiaries. Our ultimate goal is to improve health outcomes, lower overall care costs, and elevate member satisfaction levels among older adults.

About The Job

As our Head of Clinical Operations, you will lead the creation, implementation, and management of SteathCo’s clinical model tailored to our target population's needs and treatment goals. This role involves partnering with leadership to design, refine, and operationalize clinical care delivery, ensuring efficient resource utilization and high standards of care.

Responsibilities include developing policies and procedures for clinical interventions, overseeing the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical teams, and evaluating and improving existing clinical models.

This role reports directly to the CEO of StealthCo and is 100% remote.

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate and improve the current clinical model to better meet the needs of the target population.

Manage the overall clinical operations and day-to-day

  • Review and enhance the current clinical model, leveraging subject matter expertise to challenge and improve existing practices.
  • Think through the needs of the population to ensure the model is optimized for operational results.

What You Will Need

  • 10+ years as a clinical operations leader, specializing in both virtual and in-person care
  • Specialized in behavioral health care delivery (e.g., CBT)
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup
  • Proficient in initiating outreach through clinical models and engaging individuals not actively seeking care
  • Proven ability in hiring, training, and managing clinical teams (virtual and in-person)
  • Experienced in leveraging payors' care management teams and outreach strategies, and working with community providers while managing member density

What You Will Bring To The Table

  • Proficient in developing and implementing hybrid care delivery models, balancing resource efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality care delivery
  • Experience with measurement-based care, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), reading metrics, and tying clinical results to business outcomes
  • Effective executive communication and problem-solving skills, with experience as a thought partner to CEOs, product leaders, and other executives
  • Capable of presenting clinical operations updates to the board and executive team
