Our Client is looking for a skilled Project Manager to spearhead their new build projects.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to join the team and oversee their ICI new build projects. This role demands a professional who can manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring operational excellence on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, outlining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead new build projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and company standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
• Budget & Resource Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct financial reviews and forecast future budget requirements.
• Quality Assurance & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement and uphold quality control procedures to ensure high construction standards.
• Perform regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management with a focus on ICI new build projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
