Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Crystal Packaging, Inc. in Henderson, CO. The role involves communication with customers, providing administrative assistance, operating office equipment, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling office administration tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Available for on-site schedule Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm MST
Daily transaction entry into ERP including sales orders, invoices, check/ACH postings and credit card payments (credits/debits).
Sage 100 ERP experience is a plus!
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
Experience with Office Equipment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
